1st Consortium Meeting ,Belgrade,26th-28th February 2020.
The Project coordinator organized first Kick-off meeting in Belgrade, Serbia from 26-28.02.2020. At this meeting, the Project coordinator presented the work package outline, its objectives, and deadlines for all the project participants. The first consortium meeting allowed the Project members a chance to meet each other, present their own organizations, discuss the overall project implementation and go over other technical details that are essential for the smooth running of the project.
All Project Partners were present at this meeting.
3rd consortium meeting ,Bratislava, Slovakia 22-23rd of February 2022.
The Project coordinator assisted by SOSK organized 3rd consortium meeting in Bratislava . The project coordinator presented project progress and the worked on package outline for the upcoming project year, its objectives, and deadlines. Previous project years were reviewed and evaluated with a recommendation for improvement. Special attention was paid to organization of the upcoming Sports Camps which will be held in Athens Greece and Edirne Turkey, later this year. The consortium meeting allowed the CM members to discuss the overall project implementation, project progress, and other technical details. During a meeting an annual monitoring cycle was organized.
Marketing & Recruitment Workshop, Edirne, Turkey 04th-6th of April 2022
The Workshop was led by TRAKDOSK, and experts from SOBiH, CJL and SocI. They covered topics, such as, Marketing & Sponsorship for Sport and Events, Branding, Digital Marketing Strategies & Tools, Recruitment strategies for SOs and Club representatives. The workshop participants were educated about key aspects of marketing strategy and useful digital tools that can assist them in the implementation of their work locally. During the practical part of the workshop, the participants worked with experts to develop their own marketing strategy using the Marketing plan & Communication plan template that was constructed for this workshop.
SocPORT” Camp, Loutraki, Greece 26th to 28th of May 2022
SocPORT” Camp presents a key events, where players from youth with ID teams from the 4 participating SOs and 4 partner organization participated in a tournaments and sports workshops. During this time they also attend lectures by experts on selected topics adapted to their abilities. This very important Camp was organized in order to address as many individual questions as possible on the following topics: Game rules & Refereeing, Young Athlete Nutrition Seminar, Health, First aid & Injury prevention, Social inclusion, Good leadership principle presentation. At the end of this event, we presented the Player Code of Conduct in a language for equal opportunities: easy-to-read for youth with intellectual disability and request players to sign it.
Coach Academy, Loutraki, Greece 26th to 28th of May 2022
The Coach Academy covered a variety of topics and presentation of exercises, enabling coaches to assume a greater role in developing athletes through improved and player orientated programs as well as provide much-needed guidance in their overall development.
To successfully play the role of a reference for growing athletes, was also raise awareness among coaching staff about good leadership, which will hopefully after the workshop, wider their involvement in organization management and hold the people responsible accountable for their actions. We will also provided a presentation of Game rules & Refereeing to improve their understanding and conduct towards the Game Officials and competitors.
The lessons learned were tested in practice with the help of LMU, SOCI, To Ergastiri and SOBG instructors during the practices and games at Camps.

“SocPORT” Coach Mentorship ,Belgrade, Serbia,3rd to 5th July,2022.
Lessons learned at “SocPORT” Official Academy were presented at the Coach mentorship Academy. We had presented a variety of different topics covered and exercises with the aim to improve game management, skills and to increase the knowledge, as well as mechanisms to insure the retention of coaches. Coaches were able to get the first hand knowledge from Special Olympics Serbia staff in regards to running of a sports organization for people with ID, as well as to hear from the local coaches in regards to running a sports club, training, competition, and how they deal with many different everyday challenges when it comes to sports of people with ID.
Each coach was presented at the end with a certification for participation.

As well as this a video analysis with the instructor and Signing Coach Code of Conduct were held during our Camp.

After successfully completing the lectures and (written and tactical) tests the coaches were able to acquire a Coach Academy License.

4th Final consortium meeting, Munich, Germany 10th to 12th of October 2022.
The Project coordinator assisted by LMU will organized 4th Final consortium meeting in Munich . The Project coordinator presented project progress in last three years, 3rd project year was reviewed and evaluated. Especially, discussed was the the Final reporting. The consortium meeting allowed CM members to discuss the overall project implementation, project progress and sustainability of the project. During a meeting we organized an annual monitoring cycle in order to finalize Final report.
